At East Coast Home Loans our business is based on the belief that our customer’s needs are of the utmost importance.

As a result of this a high percentage of our business is from repeat business and referrals.

We do not charge a brokerage fee, the lender pays us commission after the loan settles, you just pay the normal Bank fees to the lender for your chosen loan.
